How do I sign in?
Open the app and choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with email. With email, you'll receive a code to enter in the app. No password needed.
How do I activate my HOURRAIL! Club access?
After joining, you'll receive a validation email. Open it on your phone and tap the link: your access is activated in the app. Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder or email us.
How do I use a partner discount?
Account → Exclusive perks: each offer explains how to use it with the partner.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Delete my account. You can also follow the email procedure.
How is my data used?
