How to request the deletion of your HOURRAIL! account and the personal data associated with it.
From the app
Open Account → Delete my account and confirm.
What gets deleted
Your HOURRAIL! account and the personal data associated with it, including your profile information, saved journeys, preferences, and any content you have submitted through the app.
Data retention
Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of the verified request. Some information may be retained for longer where required by law (for example, billing records for legal and accounting obligations) or in anonymised form for aggregate analytics.
Request by email
Send an email from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”, so we can locate and verify it.
